Anton Pace wants every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If something is not right, our support team is here to help with an eligible return, replacement, or refund.

01 Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

We want every Anton Pace customer to be completely satisfied with their order. If something is not right, we are here to make it right.

02 Return Eligibility

You may return any product within 90 days of the delivery date.

We accept both defective and non-defective returns, provided the item is in new or like-new condition.

03 How to Request a Return

Contact Us First

Email contact@antonpace.us-confirmation.com or call +1(564) 983 4069 . If your item is damaged or defective, include clear photos and a brief description of the issue.

Wait for Return Instructions

We will review your request and email you a free prepaid return label along with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please do not ship any item back before receiving your label.

Return the Item

Once you receive your prepaid label, use it to ship the item back. A valid tracking number is required.

04 Return Shipping Costs

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Anton Pace covers all return shipping costs.

This includes coordinating freight pickup at your location for eligible large items at no charge to you.

For freight returns, we will contact you within 1–2 business days to schedule a carrier pickup at your address. No disassembly or drop-off is required on your part. Use the prepaid return label provided by Anton Pace.

05 Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we inspect it within 72 hours of receipt.

After the return is approved, we process the refund within 3–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is issued.

Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Full refund with no restocking fee.

Change-of-Mind Returns

Full refund of the item price with no restocking fee. Anton Pace covers return shipping using the prepaid label we provide.

06 Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, email contact@antonpace.us-confirmation.com with your order number and clear photos.

Based on the issue, Anton Pace will determine the most practical resolution, which may include:

  • Replacement parts
  • A full replacement unit
  • A refund
Whether a physical return is required will be determined case by case and communicated to you promptly.

07 Return Address

All approved returns must be shipped using the prepaid return label provided by Anton Pace.

Important: Please do not send items back without first contacting us and receiving an RMA number and return instructions.
